Intersink is used by owners, teams, developers, partners, nonprofits and students, across 49 apps. The community is how we hear from all of them, and how they hear from each other.
Everyone signs in with the same free User ID. What you see depends on the businesses you belong to and the role you have in each.
You run a shop, a clinic, a salon or a firm, maybe several. You know better than anyone where the day goes, and which tool gets in the way.
You use the apps all day: taking bookings, packing orders, answering customers. Small annoyances you notice are the ones we most want to hear about.
You connect a channel to other systems with API keys and signed webhooks. Tell us where the reference is unclear or an endpoint is missing.
You set up and look after businesses for your clients. You see many businesses at once, which makes your view of what is missing especially useful.
You raise money and organise volunteers on a tight budget. Registered charities, trusts and NGOs can apply for £16,000 in free credits.
You are learning to build and run things. Students enrolled at a college or university can apply for £800 in free credits.

The tool that took too long, the report that was missing, the step nobody needed. The people closest to the work notice these first, whether they run the business, serve at the counter or are still learning the trade.
The community is where those notes reach us, and where people doing the same kind of work can find each other.
We only list what is real. The first row is open now. The second is being built, and you can register interest in each.

Tell us what would make your work easier, or what got in your way. Raise it from the Help Center as a support request, with as much detail as you can.

Owners in the same city or sector, meeting online to swap what works. We plan to help people start groups rather than run them all ourselves.
A place to ask questions in public and answer other people’s, with our team joining in. It is not open yet.
Feedback is only useful if it goes somewhere. This is the path it takes.
We cannot build everything we are asked for, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that feedback is read, grouped and weighed, and that when something changes, it is written down where you can find it.
Read What’s newFrom the Help Center, a support ticket, an event or the contact page.
Each idea or problem is grouped with others about the same app or page, so patterns show up.
We weigh how many people it affects and how much it costs them, then decide what to build or fix.
Changes are listed in What’s new, marked as new, improved or fixed.
These follow the Community rules that apply to every User ID, business and channel on Intersink. They sit on top of your local law, not instead of it.
Treat customers, staff and other members with respect, in public and in private messages. Disagree with ideas, never with people. Harassment and hateful conduct are not allowed anywhere on the platform.
Do not post bulk messages people did not ask for, or promote yourself where nobody asked. Do not inflate reach with fake activity.
Never post anyone’s personal data, including your customers’. Collect only what you need and never share it without permission. Screenshots should hide names, phone numbers and addresses.
Post images, text and brand names that you own or have permission to use.
Do not use the community to mislead people or ask for money or personal information. Scams are dealt with straight away.
Answer the question that was asked. If you do not know, say so, and point to the Help Center or our support team.
