Most businesses set up Intersink themselves with our guides. Some would rather have a hand. Our team can plan your setup, move your data, configure your apps, train your people and keep the admin tidy afterwards.
Take one, or combine a few. A new business often needs onboarding, migration and training together.
01We set up your business, channels and first apps with you, so you start on the right foot.

02We bring your products, customers, staff and records across, cleanly, with nothing lost.

03Already running? We tune channels, apps, roles and settings to fit how you really work.

04Live, practical sessions for your team, built around the apps and tasks they actually use.

06A regular hand with the admin work: new channels, new staff, role changes and tidying up.
Scope and processUse the contact form. Tell us about the business and what you want help with.
We ask how you work today and what good looks like for you.
A written scope: what is in, what is out, what we need from you, and the price of our work.
Done inside your business through a role you give us, with a record in the audit log.
Notes, checklists and a walk-through. Then you remove our access, or keep us on.
Honestly, many businesses never need a service. The product includes a lot of help on its own.
| Task | On your own, included | With our team, quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Setting up | Guides in the documentation and answers in the Help Center | Onboarding and setup: a plan for your channels and apps, done with you |
| Bringing data in | The import tool: CSV or Excel, column matching, a preview and a list of rows it cannot take | Migration: we clean the files, run the import and check the result with you |
| Getting settings right | Every app's own settings, and roles per business and channel | Configuration: a review and the changes that follow |
| Learning | Guides, help articles and practice in test mode | Training: live online sessions built around your setup |
| Connecting systems | The public API reference, test keys and signed webhooks | Custom reports and integrations, built for you |
| Day-to-day admin | Your own admins, with the audit log | Ongoing admin help on an agreed scope |
| Something is broken | That is support, not a service. It is never charged as a project. | |

We work the way we ask partners to work. Through a role you give us, from our own logins, with a record of every change.
You create the User ID and the business. You invite us, to the whole business or to one channel. We never ask for your password or a one-time code, and nobody on our team ever will.
Sensitive actions stay with you. Payouts, payroll and security changes need a step-up check from the account holder, and we will not ask you to hand that over.
When the work is done, you decide what happens to our access. Remove it, or keep us on for admin help. Either way, the data and the business are yours.
Every service page lists its own needs. These apply to all of them.
Having these ready makes the first conversation much more useful.
A short message is enough to start. We will ask the right questions and come back with a scope and a quote.
