Pay for the month you had, not the year someone sold you
Intersink bills after use. Each app on each channel has a monthly price, and at the end of the month you get one invoice for what you actually ran. It is how we think software should be paid for, by a corner shop and by a group with many brands alike.
A lot of business software asks for money before it has done anything. We would rather send the bill once the work is done, and let the invoice speak for itself.

01
You pay for what happened
An invoice after the month describes what you actually used. An invoice in advance describes what someone hoped you would use.
02
The risk sits with us
If an app does not earn its place, you remove it and stop paying. We have to keep earning your money every month, which is how it should be.
03
Cash stays where it is scarcest
The start of a business, a branch or a brand is when money is tightest. Paying after use keeps it in your account while you find your feet.
04
One price list for everyone
A one-person shop and a group with twenty brands pay the same price for the same app. Size changes how much you use, not what each thing costs.
How it works
Eight rules, no small print
49 apps, each priced per channel per month, free to install today.
Per app
Each of the 49 apps has its own monthly price, free to install today. You install only the ones you need.
Per channel
A channel is one brand or line of business. Two channels using the same app pay for it twice, because each gets its own data and settings.
Per month, by the day
Prices are monthly. An app installed or removed mid-month is billed only for the days it was there.
One invoice after the month
At the end of each month, every business gets one invoice covering all its channels. Nothing is charged up front.
Credits first
Free and promotional credits are used before your card is charged, and the invoice shows both.
Tax on the invoice
Prices are shown before tax. UK VAT, or US sales tax where it applies, is added on the invoice, with your VAT number if you add one.
No trials
Instead of a trial that runs out, you pay after use. Try an app for a week and you pay for a week.
No lock-in
No annual contract and no notice period. Remove an app, or close a channel, whenever you like.
Day 1Install what you need

Inventory and Shipping can wait until orders justify them. When they do, each is added from the next day, not from the next contract year.
If approved for Small business credits of £4,000, they would cover the app charges for about 0 months, before any of it reaches the card.
A two-branch clinic
Two branches of the same practice, with a lab and a shared team.
Two branches of the same brand usually share one channel, so each app is priced once. If the second branch ran as a separate brand, it would be its own channel with its own apps.

The wider economy
Small firms are most of the economy. Their tools should be priced like it.
The World Bank counts nine in ten businesses worldwide as small or medium-sized, providing more than half of all jobs, and in emerging economies they can produce 40% of GDP. Yet much of the software they need is sold the way it is sold to large companies: in advance, in bundles, by the year.
When getting organised costs one app for one month instead of a year of a suite, more small firms can afford proper invoices, records and customer lists. That is not a promise about any one business. It is why we chose this model.
Is paying monthly more expensive than paying yearly?
There is one price list. You pay each app’s monthly price for the days it was installed, and there is no annual plan to compare it with.
Why is there no free trial?
Because you already pay only for what you used. Install an app for a few days, decide it is not for you, remove it, and the invoice shows those few days and nothing more. Eligible businesses can also apply for free credits.
When am I charged?
After the month ends. Each business gets one invoice for all its channels; credits are used first and the balance is charged to the card on the business.
Is tax included in the prices?
No. Prices are shown before tax, and UK VAT or US sales tax is added on the invoice at the rate that applies.
What counts as a channel?
One brand or line of business, with its own customers, data and apps. Branches of the same brand usually share a channel; a different brand or trade is usually a new one.
I run several companies. Do I get one invoice?
One per business. Each business is billed for its own channels, so each legal entity’s costs stay in its own books.
What does it cost to leave?
Nothing beyond the days already used. There is no contract to end: remove the apps, or close the channel or business from its settings.
How do credits work?
Credits from our programmes are used before your card is charged, and every invoice shows how much came from credits. See the programmes.
World figures are quoted as the source publishes them. App prices and totals are our own, in pounds per channel per month before tax, calculated from the current price list.
Fair by design
A café should not pay for software it is not using
Pay after the month, for what each channel used. Nothing up front, nothing locked in, and credits come off first.
