Intersink is an internet-only company. We have no shops or offices to visit. Our footprint lives mostly in servers and software, so that is where we focus: build lighter, store less, and be honest about what we do not yet know.
We are a young company, and this page says so.

You will not find a carbon figure on this page. That is deliberate.
A number is only useful if it has been measured properly and can be checked. We have not done that work yet, so we are not going to guess, round down or buy our way to a label.
What we can do today is make choices that keep the footprint small from the start. Most of an online company’s impact sits in the computers that run it and the data it moves. Both are shaped by decisions engineers make every week: how heavy a page is, how often it is downloaded, how much data is kept and for how long.
Intersink is operated by Svayam Incarnation Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. There are no offices for customers to visit and no shop counters. Sign-up, support and billing all happen online.
A plain account of what we already do, what we intend to do, and what we plan to measure and report as we grow. When the facts change, we will update it.
None of these were added for a sustainability page. They are how the product already works, and each one happens to mean less data, less power or less waste.
Pages you have already opened keep working without a connection. Fewer repeat downloads means less data sent back and forth.
The illustrated faces and business tiles are generated in your browser from a name. There is no image to fetch from a server for each one.
Every page follows your light or dark setting. On many phone screens, darker pixels draw less power.
We set no advertising cookies, so your browser is not loading ad scripts on every page just to follow you around.
A channel starts empty. You add the apps it needs, so nobody is running a suite of features nobody opens.
We keep interfaces plain: flat colours, simple drawings, no autoplay video. Smaller pages load faster on slow networks and do less work on older devices.
When a page keeps working offline, it is because your device already holds what it needs. Open it again and there is less to download.
The same idea runs through our avatars. Instead of storing and serving a picture for every person, business and channel, your browser draws each one from its name. No picture travels over the network, and no names leave your device to make them.
These are small things on their own. Across every page view, for every person using the workspace, small things are what add up.
The greenest byte is the one we never send. The greenest server is the one we never needed.
A rule of thumb we build byThese are intentions, not certificates. We write them down so you can hold us to them.

As we pick and review where the service runs, we will weigh how providers power their data centres alongside price, reliability and where your data needs to live.
We will treat page weight like a cost. New features should earn the bytes they add.
We want the workspace to run well on the phone or laptop you already own, so nobody needs new hardware to use it.
We have no offices to visit, and we plan to keep working online. That means no daily commute built into how we operate.
Data we do not need is data we do not store. Our retention policy says how long things are kept and when they go.
We will not publish a number until we can measure it properly and explain how we got it.
As we grow, we plan to measure these and report what we find, with the method alongside the result.
| Area | What it covers | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting and compute | The servers that run the service, and how the providers behind them source their power. | The largest part of any internet company’s footprint. |
| What each page weighs | How much data a typical page sends, and how much of it is reused from what is already on your device. | Something we can change directly with every release. |
| Data we store | How much we keep, for how long, and whether our retention rules are being followed. | Storage that is never read still uses power. |
| Equipment and travel | The laptops we work on and any travel the company does. | Small for an online company, but not zero. |
One User ID, one bill per business, and only the apps each channel needs.
