Your Intersink User ID is how you sign in, whether you own a business or work in one. One account per person, strong security, and a way into every business you belong to, without a new login for each one. It costs nothing and it stays yours when you change jobs.

Your User ID is not a set of personal tools. It is how you sign in, how businesses find you, and how you move between them.

Passkeys, 2-step verification, new-device checks and sign-in alerts, set once and used for every business you belong to.

Businesses that have asked you to join, with the role on offer. Accept or decline in one place.

Every business you own or belong to, with your role in each. Start a new one under the same User ID whenever you are ready.

Move between businesses and their channels from the header, without signing in again.

Every action on your User ID for the last 90 days: sign-ins, changes you made and decisions we sent you. You can download it.

A plain view of whether anything on your account is limited, and every decision we have taken about it, with the reason and your options.
Each business sees you only as you are there. Not your other businesses, your security settings or your activity elsewhere.
That includes owners and admins of any business you join.
Your security centre shows a checkup of every way into your account, and how to close the gaps. Doing all of it takes a few minutes.
| Method | What it is | Why it matters | Our view |
|---|---|---|---|
| Passkey | Your fingerprint, face or screen lock | Only works on our own site, so it cannot be phished | The safest way to sign in |
| Authenticator app | A six-digit code from an app on your phone | Works with the common authenticator apps | A strong second step |
| Text message code | A code sent to your verified phone | Can be intercepted; businesses can switch it off | Better than nothing |
| Recovery codes | Ten single-use codes you keep offline | For the day you lose your phone | Print them or keep them in a password manager |
Sign in from a device we do not recognise and we ask you to confirm it is you before letting it in.
Alerts for new devices and repeated wrong passwords, with a one-tap “this wasn’t me”. Critical alerts cannot be turned off.
See every device signed in to your User ID and sign any of them out, or all of them at once.
Sign-ins, failed and blocked attempts, and every change to how you sign in, kept for 180 days.
A second address used only if you lose access to your main one. We never send marketing there.
Too many attempts from one device or network and sign-in pauses for a few minutes.
Businesses on the platform invite you by email. You join with your own User ID, so you never share a password with an employer.
A business invites you by email. It appears under Invitations, with who sent it, the role they are offering and when it expires.
Read what the role lets you do and what the business will see about you, then accept or decline. Declining is fine; nobody is signed up without saying yes.
The business appears in your workspace. Your edits there are recorded in their activity log under your name, which protects you as much as them.
When you leave, the business removes your access. Your User ID, your security settings and your other businesses stay exactly where they were.
Every invitation lists what the business will see about you and what it never will. Nothing on the second list changes when you accept.
Shown to everyone in that business.
Used to contact you about their workspace.
Shown to the people who manage their team.
Their activity log records edits you make there.

Plenty of people use Intersink on a shop floor, in a clinic corridor or on a train. If the connection drops, pages you have already opened stay readable.
Avatars are drawn on your device rather than downloaded, so pages stay light on slow connections too.

Free, protected by passkeys, and one sign-in for every business you own or work in.
