Records about children need more care, not less
Everyone on your staff signs in with their own User ID and a role. Teachers see what their role allows; the office sees more; the principal and the trust see what they need. Nobody shares a login.
A business can require 2-step verification for every member and limit admins to approved IP addresses. The audit log records exports, role changes and money movements, with who did it and when, and nobody can edit or delete it.
If your staff are on Workforce, each employee gets a portal to sign in and out, apply for leave and download payslips, and sees only their own record.
For learners with their own ideas
The Student programme is for individual students, not institutions: learners who want to build something real while they study. Tell your students about it.
Student programme
Students enrolled at a college or university can apply for credits to run their own project, society or first business on a channel. Credits are used before any card is charged.
