Intersink exists because running more than one business should not mean running more than one of everything else. Our mission is one calm workspace for every business, organisation and person.
What we see again and again among owners who run several things.

Plenty of people run more than one thing. A salon and a product line. A clinic and a pharmacy. A school and the trust behind it.
Each one comes with its own logins, its own subscriptions and its own spreadsheet that only one person understands. The owner ends up as the glue: copying a customer from one tool to another, paying five bills on five dates, remembering which password belongs to which brand.
None of that is the work they set out to do. It is the tax on doing it. And it grows with every new business, because most software assumes you only have one.
We assumed from day one that you run several things. Intersink gives you one User ID. Under it, each business keeps its own team, billing and documents. Each brand inside a business becomes a channel, with its own website, customers and apps.
The apps are the tools: a CRM, an online store, bookings, accounting, a workforce app and many more. There are 49 of them today. They share the same people, the same search, the same security and the same bill, so a customer added in one is already there in the next.
We want the workspace to feel quiet. Clear words. Fewer clicks. Nothing blinking for your attention. When you close it at the end of the day, you should know where everything stands.
Every business, organisation and person, in one calm workspace, with one login and one bill they can read.
Our mission, in one sentenceThe same foundations serve a person with a side project and an organisation with many brands. We do not build separate products for each. We build one workspace that grows with you.

These are not targets with dates on them. They are promises about how the product behaves, and we check our work against them.
Your User ID is free and it is yours. Every business, every brand and every tool you use sits behind it.
Adding a second business should not need a second account. Switching between them should take a click. We judge every change to sign-in against that.
Each business gets one monthly bill that lists every channel and every app on it.
You pay after the month is used, never before. If a line on the bill needs explaining, we have written it badly and we will fix the wording.
A channel is a blank space. You install what it needs from 49 apps and remove what it does not.
Nobody should pay for a suite of features to get the one they wanted. Every app is priced on its own, per channel, per month.
Passkeys, 2-step sign-in, roles for every business and channel, and an audit log of who did what.
Good security should not be a premium add-on or a setting you have to find. It comes with the free User ID.
Pages you have already opened keep working offline, and avatars are drawn on your device.
Plenty of our people work from shop floors, clinics and school offices where the connection comes and goes. The software should cope with that.
Free credits for startups, small businesses, nonprofits and students.
Credits are used before your card is charged. Applying takes a form and a document, not a sales call.
Trust is slow to earn and quick to lose. These are the things we have decided, once and for all, not to do. If we ever change one, we will say so plainly and in advance.
We use your data to run your workspace and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it.
Your workspace is where you work. It is not a place for us to sell attention, and we set no advertising cookies.
There are no free trials that quietly turn into a charge. You add an app when you want it and pay for the month you used.
No annual contracts to escape. Remove an app and you stop paying for it from then on.
No hidden cancel buttons, no pre-ticked boxes, no guilt-trip pop-ups when you leave.
Every app shows its monthly price per channel, before tax, before you install it.
There is always more to build than time to build it. This is the order we think in.
We begin with what someone actually does between opening the shop and closing the books. Not a feature list, a day.
We ask: Who is doing it, and where? Most of the pain lives where someone has to leave one tool and open another. That gap is usually where we build.
We ask: What are they switching to, and why?If it can be an app a channel installs, it becomes one of the 49. It shares the same people, search, roles and bill as everything else.
We ask: Does it fit inside a channel?Buttons, errors and bills are written before they are designed. If we cannot explain it in a sentence, we are not ready to build it.
We ask: Could a busy owner read this in five seconds? An app does not go live until its monthly price is set and shown. No mystery tiers to discover later.
We ask: Is the price on the page? Each release is a chance to take something out: a step, a setting, a screen nobody opens.
We ask: What can go?Principles are easy to write. Here is how ours show up in the product you would use.

| Pay for your tools | Several bills on several dates, often paid a year ahead. | One bill per business, each month, after use. |
