The marketplace is where each channel gets its tools. Browse 49 apps across 23 categories, see the price before you install, and add or remove apps whenever the work changes. Developers will be able to sell here too, and you can register your interest today.
Inside every channel, the store is split the same way. Sell, Work and Industries. Most channels end up with a few apps from each.
Run the business behind the channel: money, people and operations.

Some categories hold a single app built for one kind of business. Each link opens that category with every app in it.
Apps belong to a channel, not to the whole business. That keeps a clinic's tools out of a shop's way, and keeps each channel's bill honest.
Every channel has an Apps tab. It lists what is installed, what it costs each month and a button to add more.
Browse the shelves, open a category or search by what you need, like bookings or payroll. Each app shows its features and its monthly price.
Before anything happens you see the cost: the monthly price per channel, before VAT or sales tax, billed monthly after use. Free apps say so.
The app's tabs appear in the channel straight away. There is no separate sign-in and no second account to manage.
Each app has its own settings. Choose which roles on the channel can use it: Owner always can, and Admin, Member and Viewer can be switched on or off.
Free. New tabs appear in this channel right away.
You are never locked into an app. Here is exactly what happens in each case.
| You | The app's tabs | Your data | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Install | Appear in the channel straight away | Starts empty. You can import a CSV from the app's settings | The monthly price per channel, before tax, billed monthly after use |
| Turn it off | Hidden from everyone on the channel | Kept exactly as it was | The app is still installed. Uninstall it if you want the charge to stop |
| Uninstall | Disappear at once | Kept for 30 days, so you can come back or export it | Stops at the end of the billing period |
Each app's settings also has an Export as CSV button, so your records are always yours to take.
In Intersink, a business holds channels, and a channel holds apps. A channel is one brand, branch, shop or website you run.
That order matters in the store. A salon chain might run three channels. Two need bookings and a till. The third sells hair care online and needs a store and delivery instead. Each installs what it uses and nothing more.
Roles work the same way. Someone can be an admin on one channel and a viewer on another, and each app lets you choose which roles can open it. Every business also keeps an audit log, so owners can look back at what the team changed.
When a channel outgrows an app, remove it. When it needs a new one, add it. The bill for next month follows what you actually used.
We plan to open the marketplace to outside developers. It is not open yet, and we would rather say so plainly than take listings we cannot support. Here is what you can do today, and how we expect publishing to work.

Every channel already has an API and webhooks. The API reference is public. It covers authentication with secret keys sent as a Bearer token, JSON in and JSON out over HTTPS, cursor pagination, rate limits and dated versions.
Channel admins create keys under API and webhooks. A test key never moves real money, and a channel's test mode keeps practice orders, emails and payments away from real customers. Keys can be rotated or revoked at any time.
Webhooks are signed, so you can check each event came from us. Failed deliveries are retried with backoff for 24 hours, and events can be replayed. That is the same foundation marketplace apps will use.
# List the newest leads on a channel, with a test key
GET /v1/channels/{channel}/leads?limit=1
Authorization: Bearer sk_test_…
# Every POST that creates or charges takes
# an idempotency key, so a retry never runs twice
POST /v1/products
Idempotency-Key: <your unique id>With your own User ID, the same free account everyone uses. You would tell us who you are and what you want to build.
Use test keys and a test channel until everything behaves. Nothing touches real customers or real money.
A listing with a plain description, the features it really has, its price per channel per month, and exactly what data it reads and writes.
We would install it, try it on a test channel and check it against the standards below before it appears in any store.
Once approved, channel admins could find it on the right shelf and install it the same way as any other app.
These follow the rules our own apps already keep.
Likely requirements. We will confirm them when the programme opens.
One email when there is something to sign up for. No newsletter. In the meantime, the API reference is open to read.
Create a free User ID, add your business and a channel, then pick what it needs from the store.
