Onboarding and setup
A guided start: we plan how your business maps onto channels, install the apps each one needs and set up roles for your team.
What this service is for
The first decisions matter most. How many channels? Which apps on each? Who gets which role? Get them right and everything after is easier.
We do this with you, not for you behind closed doors. You create your own User ID and business, invite us with a role, and we work alongside you until your first channel is ready to use.
What is in, and what is not
The written quote sets the exact scope. These are the usual boundaries.
Usually included

- Installing and configuring the apps each channel needs
- Roles for your team on the business and on each channel
- Connecting a domain to a channel where you have one
- Test mode walk-through before you take real orders
Not included
Some of these are other services, or stay with you.
- Moving data from other tools (see migration)
- Work on systems outside the platform
- Running your business day to day

You tell us how the business works: brands, branches, team, what you sell and how.

Channels, apps, roles and the monthly app cost per channel, with a quote for our work.
Setup
We work inside your business through the role you give us, and walk you through each decision.
Check in test mode
We run through real tasks in test mode so nothing surprises you when you go live.
Handover
You get the plan, notes on every setting we changed, and a short session with your team.
