What the session covers
The planned outline, in minutes. We may move things around to follow the questions in the room, but we keep to about 60 minutes.
Your User ID and signing in
Creating a free User ID, adding a passkey so there is no password to steal, and turning on 2-step sign-in.
Businesses and channels
Adding a business, then opening channels inside it. Each channel is a brand or a branch with its own apps, team and settings.
Installing apps
Opening the app store on a channel, installing CRM and Bookings, and removing an app again. Nothing is installed until you choose it.
Bringing in your team
Inviting people by email, choosing their role, and reading the permissions grid. The Owner role always keeps full access, so there is always a way back in.
How billing works
Apps are priced per channel per month, before tax, and billed monthly after use. Free credits, if you have them, are used first.
