Sign in, sign out and staying signed in

You sign in with your email address and password. If two-factor authentication is on, you will also be asked for a six digit code from your authenticator app or from an email we send you.
Step by step
- Enter your email address and password on the sign-in page.
- Enter the six digit code if you have two-factor turned on.
- Choose Stay signed in only on a device that is yours. On a shared computer, leave it unticked.
- To sign out of every other device at once, open Security and choose Sign out of all other sessions.
Worth knowingA session ends automatically after 30 days without use, or straight away if you change your password.
Common questions
I did not get my sign-in code
Check your spam folder first, then wait 60 seconds and ask for a new code. If your authenticator app shows the wrong time, turn on automatic time in your phone settings.
I lost my phone
Use one of your recovery codes, or ask support for identity verification from Help Centre → Raise an issue.
