Drive holds your personal files. Every User ID gets 5 GB free, shared with your mailbox.
Step by step
- Upload by dragging files onto the Drive page, or with the Upload button.
- Open a file to preview it. PDFs, images and text files preview without downloading.
- Share creates a link. Choose whether the link expires and whether it allows downloading.
- Deleted files sit in the bin for 30 days and can be restored from there.
Worth knowingBusiness documents belong in the business panel under Documents, where your team can see them. Drive is personal.
Common questions
What happens when I run out of space?
New uploads and incoming mail stop. Delete files or upgrade, and everything resumes.
