Types of notice and what they mean
Notices and reviews · Understanding notices · 4 min read · updated 15 Sep 2026
A notice is a formal message about your account. It always says what happened, why and what you can do next.
Step by step
- Information needed: something is missing or unclear. Reply with the document and nothing else changes.
- Action required: a deadline applies, for example verifying your phone or replacing a payout account.
- Restriction: part of the account is limited, for example payouts are held while we check something.
- Decision: a business or channel was approved or rejected. Rejections can be appealed.
Worth knowingNotices with a deadline also arrive by email. If a deadline passes, the restriction usually widens, so reply early even if you only have part of the answer.
Common questions
Where do I see them?
