When Intersink limits something on an account, a business or a channel, you get a notice that says what we decided, why, which rule applies and what you can do next. Most decisions start with a warning, and you can ask for a review of almost any of them.
Notices and reviews lists every decision Intersink has taken about your account, business or channel, with the reason, the rule and your options. Opening a notice shows its details: what is affected, why we decided, how it was found, and how to stop it happening again.
Account status, Business status and Channel status show at a glance whether anything is limited: features, content removals, payouts, verification, strikes, and anything we need from you.
The item affected and exactly which features are limited, and until when.
The rule that applies, written in plain language.
Whether it came from an automated check, a person, or a report.
Fix it, learn how to prevent it, or request a review.
From a notice, choose Request review. The request takes four short steps.
Pick the reason that fits, such as “The content was removed by mistake” or “I have fixed the problem”.
Explain what happened in your own words and add any files that help.
Enter the 6 digit code, so nobody can ask for a review in your name.
Look over the request and choose Send request.
We want you to be able to fix a mistake before it costs you anything. Most decisions start with a warning and only grow if the same problem keeps happening.
A warning. Nothing is limited. The strike ends after 90 days.
One feature linked to the problem is limited for 1 day, such as adding outside links.
The same feature is limited for 7 days.
Limited for 14 days, and the channel or business is shown lower in marketplace search.
Suspended until a person reviews the whole account. You can still export your data.
Strikes are shown on the status page with how many are active and how many are waiting for review. A strike that is under review does not move you up the ladder until the review is decided.
Some problems are too serious for a ladder. Reports about harm to children go straight to a trained team.
Anyone can report content or behaviour on Intersink, with or without an account. Reports are read by people, not only machines, and you get a reference number and the outcome. If you are in danger right now, contact your local emergency services first.
