Remove someone or transfer ownership

Removing a person is immediate. Transferring ownership needs both people to confirm and cannot be undone by you alone.
Step by step
- To remove: open Users, pick the person and choose Remove. Their sessions end within a minute.
- Their work stays with the business: leads they created, notes they wrote and orders they handled are untouched.
- To transfer ownership: open Settings → Transfer business, pick an existing Admin and confirm with your password.
- The other person must accept within 48 hours, after which you become an Admin.
Worth knowingBefore someone leaves, move their mailbox and any personal reminders to a colleague, otherwise those items become invisible.
