Accept or decline an invitation

Invitations appear under Invitations in your personal panel. Nothing is shared with the business until you accept.
Step by step
- Open the invitation and check who sent it, the role you are being offered and what that role can do.
- If you recognise the sender, choose Accept. The business appears in your workspace switcher straight away.
- If you do not recognise it, choose Decline and, if it looks fake, report it in the same step.
- After accepting, the business can see your name, your email and your activity inside that business only.
Worth knowingAccepting never gives a business access to your personal email, your Drive files or your other businesses.
Common questions
Can I leave later?
Yes, from the business page in your personal panel. Leaving is immediate.
The invitation expired
Ask the sender to send it again. Expired invitations cannot be reopened.
