Why a business was not approved, and what to do next
Business and workspaces · Review and approval · 5 min read · updated 14 Sep 2026
A rejection is never permanent. The notice tells you the exact reason, and you can fix it and submit again, or appeal if you think the decision is wrong.
Step by step
- Open Notices and appeals in the business panel and read the reason on the notice.
- Fix the problem: usually a blurry document, a name mismatch or a payout account in a personal name.
- If the reason does not apply to you, choose Appeal and explain in your own words, attaching proof.
- Submit again. A second review is usually faster because most checks are already done.
Worth knowingThe three most common reasons are a personal bank account used for payouts, a trading name that does not appear anywhere on the documents, and an expired registration certificate.
Common questions
How many times can I submit?
There is no limit, but three rejections for the same reason pause the business for seven days.
How long does an appeal take?
Up to five working days. You will see the progress on the appeal itself.
