Clear documents make the difference between an approval in an hour and a week of messages. We accept PDF, PNG and JPG up to 10 MB per file.
Step by step
- Certificate of incorporation or registration, showing the legal name and the registration number.
- Tax registration certificate, for example GST in India or the VAT certificate in the UK.
- Proof of the registered address, dated in the last three months.
- A bank statement header or cancelled cheque showing the account name, for the payout account.
- Photograph documents flat, in daylight, with all four corners visible. Do not crop the header or the seal.
Worth knowingScan rather than photograph if you can. A phone photograph at an angle is the single most common cause of a re-upload request.
Common questions
Are my documents shared with anyone?
No. They are used for verification and for legal obligations only, and are visible to the business owner and admins.
Can I delete a document after approval?
You can replace it. We keep the previous version for as long as the law requires.
