Refund Policy
When we return money: your rights as a consumer, refunds for businesses, apps, cloud services, domains and service credits.
1. Consumers in the UK and EU
- You can cancel a paid digital service within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund. If you asked us to start straight away, we refund the price less the value of what you used before cancelling (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
- After 14 days you can cancel at any time; this stops future charges from the next day. Where the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 subscription rules are in force, we follow them, including reminders before renewals and easy online cancellation.
- Your statutory rights are not affected: if something we provide is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a fix or a refund.
2. Businesses
- Charges for days already used are not refunded, except where we failed to provide the service, removed a paid feature you relied on, or the law requires it.
- Your channel’s app is charged per day the channel exists; closing the channel stops the charge from the next day.
- The developer fee is not refunded after the program has been joined, except where the law requires.
3. Cloud services
- Domains: a registration or renewal cannot be refunded once it has been submitted to the registry, because the registry charges for it at once. If the registry rejects it, we refund in full.
- Servers and other resources: charged per day; cancelling stops the charge from the next day. Days already used are not refunded.
- Downtime: our Service Level Commitments give service credits.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account used to pay, normally within 14 days of our decision. Credits go on your next invoice. To ask for a refund, use the Help Center or write to [email protected].
