Change an app’s settings
Decide who can use an app, what it shows on your website, and export its data.
Where:

- Open settings
In the channel, open Apps and choose Settings next to the app. There are four tabs: General, Access, Data and Billing.
- General
Switch Email notifications, Show on website and Daily summary on or off. Changes save straight away.
- Access
Under Who can use it, choose which channel roles can use the app. The Owner always has access.
- Data
See how many records the app holds and where they are stored. Choose Export as CSV for a copy.
- Billing
See the monthly price, when the app was installed, the next charge and which business it is billed to.
Tips
Choose Open app at the top to go straight into the app, or App store page to read about it.
