Steps

Open the sign-in page
Choose Sign in on this website. The page is called Sign in to Intersink.
Use a passkey if you have one
Choose Sign in with a passkey. Your browser asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Nothing biometric leaves your device.
Or enter your email
Type your Email address and choose Continue, then enter your Password and choose Sign in. Tick Keep me signed in on this device for 30 days only on a device that is yours.
Other ways to sign in
On the password screen, choose Email me a sign-in code to get a 6 digit code that works once and expires in 10 minutes, or Use a passkey.
Complete 2-step verification
If 2-step verification is on, enter the code from your authenticator app, use your passkey, or choose another method under try another way.
Confirm a new device
On a device we have not seen before, you see We don’t recognise this device. Approve the sign-in from the email we sent, then choose I’ve approved it, continue.

We will never ask you to share a sign-in code with anyone, including our staff.

If you did not try to sign in and you are asked to approve a device, do not approve it. Reset your password instead; it signs out every device.
