Understand billing and apply for free credits
See what your business pays for, download invoices, and apply for credits that are used before your card.

- Open Billing and purchases
Open the business, then Billing and purchases. It shows this month’s spend, monthly subscriptions, the next bill and your free credits.
- Download an invoice
Every charge has a tax invoice. Choose the download icon on its row.
- See subscriptions by channel
Open Subscriptions to see each app, the channel it is on, its monthly price and the next charge.
- Apply for free credits
Open Free credits and pick a programme under Choose a programme: Startup, Small business, Nonprofit or Student. Fill in the form, attach Proof of eligibility and choose Submit application.
- Manage payment methods
Choose Payment methods at the top of the billing page to add a card or change the default.
