Submit your business for review

Ask for your business to be approved so its channels can go live and receive payments.

Steps

Work through the checklist
On the business Home, the checklist Finish setting up lists five steps: add business details, add banking, create a channel, invite your team and submit for review.
Open Submit for review
Choose the last step. The page lists anything incomplete, with a link to fix it.
Confirm and submit
Tick I confirm the details are correct and I am authorised to register this business, then choose Submit for review.
Follow progress
The page Pending for approval shows the timeline: Submitted, Documents check, Address verification, Compliance review and Decision. We email you at every step.
Change something if you must
Choose Withdraw submission to move the business back to draft. You will need to submit again.

While the review runs you can open the workspace, but channels stay offline and payouts are paused, and details cannot be edited.

A payout account in a personal name is the most common reason a review is rejected.
